You can do this a couple of ways. All accommodation deals are fully refundable within 7 days if we're unable to match your desired dates. So, you can just make the purchase and then follow up with our customer service team (hello@travel-booking.stuff.co.nz). Or, if you'd prefer, you can reach out to the team before purchase and thy can confirm availability. Either way, no booking for an accommodation deal is confirmed until a purchase has been made and the provider has confirmed the date.
